The service is non-custodial with respect to your own wallets: we do not hold, store, or control the keys to your external wallets. Funds sent to a Superswap deposit address are held only to carry out the swap you requested and to deliver the output to the wallet address you provide.
All fees, including our spread and network fees, are included in the displayed exchange rate. We do not charge separate fees.
The rate shown when you create an order is an estimate. The final rate is calculated when your deposit is confirmed. Superswap does not require registration or routinely ask for identity documents; the Terms of Service explain the limited cases in which we may ask for information.
Crypto transactions are irreversible. Coins sent to a wrong address or on the wrong network may be lost for good, so check the address and network before you send. Refunds are covered in the Terms of Service.
