How do I track my order?
After creating an order, you'll receive an Order ID (e.g., ORD-1234567890).
To track your order:
- Go to our Track Order page
- Enter your Order ID
- View your order status and details
What if I sent to the wrong address?
⚠️ Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible.
If you sent funds to the wrong address:
- We cannot recover funds sent to incorrect addresses
- We cannot reverse blockchain transactions
- Always double-check addresses before sending
