Superswap.cx provides an instant cryptocurrency exchange service that allows users to swap digital assets including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Solana (SOL), Monero (XMR), Zcash (ZEC), and USDT on Ethereum and Tron networks.

Our service operates on a manual processing basis where deposits are received, manually swapped, and sent to the user's specified wallet address.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of wallet addresses provided
• You must send the exact amount specified in your order
• You must select the correct network (especially for USDT - Ethereum vs Tron)
• You understand that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible
• You are responsible for any taxes or fees related to your transactions
• You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

4. No Registration Required

Superswap.cx does not require user registration or KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. However, this means:

• We do not store user account information
• Users are responsible for tracking their own orders using Order IDs
• We cannot recover funds sent to incorrect addresses

5. Exchange Process

When you create an exchange order:

1. You receive a deposit address and Order ID
2. You send cryptocurrency to the provided address
3. We manually verify and process your swap (5-30 minutes)
4. We send the swapped cryptocurrency to your specified address

6. Fees and Rates

We strive to offer the lowest fees in the market. Exchange rates are calculated at the time of order creation and may fluctuate based on market conditions. The rate shown is final once your order is created.

7. Processing Times

Typical processing time is 5-30 minutes after blockchain confirmation of your deposit. Actual times may vary based on:

• Network congestion and confirmation times
• Manual processing queue
• Liquidity availability

8. Limitations of Liability

Superswap.cx is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Loss of funds due to user error (wrong address, wrong network, etc.)
• Market volatility or price fluctuations
• Network delays or blockchain issues
• Force majeure events beyond our control
• Third-party service failures

9. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Use the service for money laundering or illegal activities
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the service
• Use the service from restricted jurisdictions
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

10. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions:

• All swaps are final once processed
• Refunds may be considered only in cases of service error
• User errors (wrong address, wrong network) cannot be refunded
