After creating an order, you'll receive an 订单ID (e.g., ORD-1234567890).
To track your order:

- Enter your 订单ID
- View your order status and details
What if I sent to the wrong address?

If you sent funds to the wrong address:
- We cannot recover funds sent to incorrect addresses
- We cannot reverse blockchain transactions
